  • Data Requests explains the process of obtaining SRTR assistance in data request needs.

  • Standard Analysis Files includes many of the data elements collected by OPTN on all solid organ transplant candidates, donors, and recipients in the United States from 1989 to the present. These data are supplemented by data from the Social Security Death Master File (SSDMF). The SRTR SAF provides data on solid organ transplantation, including heart, lung, kidney, pancreas, liver, and intestine transplants and combinations thereof.

  • Citation Advice provides reference formats to use when citing SRTR statistics from sources such as Annual Reports, Program-Specific Reports, and the SRTR Web site.

  • Simulated Allocation Models contains explanation of what SAMs are , and provides user guide for each model explaining the modeling approach and processes internal to the simulation, papers, and presentations to committees.

  • DUA Compliance: Data use agreements (DUAs) can be renewed for continued use free of charge by completing a Data Status Confirmation form and a Data Security Plan. Please contact SRTR@srtr.org or call 612-347-7787 to obtain these documents.
